Something great just happened, Palmer's just updated their website to better serve their loyal cocoa butter fans. They are now offering all of their products for sale on the website. Many of the products that are for sale through the website are new, like self bronzer or their olive oil formula or even their dark chocolate & cherry lip balm (yummy). This is great for those who want to buy their products and cut out the middle man.

Palmer's pricing and distribution of their product is very similar to that of other lotions. They are reasonably priced and offer a wide range of products from lip balm to shampoo to baby lotion. You can easily find their products from Walmart to Walgreens and online stores. They have a solid distribution of their products, especially now since they updated their website. Before updating, it was a little more difficult to find the a lot of their products and now the customer just has to click and buy. This strategy is definitely working for them but they need to advertise more in print ads and on television because there are a lot of people out their that don't know how great this product is or worse yet, have never heard of it (sinful). My solution to this problem would to mail out samples to people with a coupon offering $1.00 off.

Regardless of their short falls, I love the way this cocoa butter makes my skin feel.
